Deliveries within mainland UK are free for all orders unless otherwise stated.

For International orders, there is a postage cost of £5 ($6.50 USA). Other countries may vary slightly. Shippling will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that due to customs charges and delays, we no longer ship to EU countries.

All orders in the UK are despatched within 3-5 business days (usually sooner).

All orders in the UK are delivered by Royal Mail and take between 3-5 business days after dispatch. However:

• Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may sometimes take longer
• Intervening public holidays, such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, may affect delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot provide precise delivery times for orders delivered outwith the UK. However, it is estimated by Royal Mail that orders to:

• North America will take 10-15 business days
• South America, Africa, Asia will take 2-3 weeks
• Australia will take 10-15 business days

SignCentiv does not currently offer a delivery tracking service. However, as soon as your order is dispatched you will be informed by email.

If you wish to request a tracked service, please contact us to get a quote and arrange this.

If you would like to order any of our products to be sent to an address different from your billing address, simply follow the check-out steps as normal and when prompted, enter the delivery address of your choice.

If you have already placed your order and would like to alter the address to which the order should be sent, please contact sales@signcentiv.co.uk

All products below A4 in size are shipped inside a cardboard strengthened envelope to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition. Items larger than A4 and which are able to be rolled up, will be shipped in a suitably sized postal cardboard tube.

We accept all payments online through our website. Most major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal.

All prices on our website are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

If you are making payment from outside the UK by bank or credit card your bank will simply convert the British Pounds Sterling price into the currency of your location at the point of order. Please contact your bank to discuss specific exchange rates as these rates change daily.
